The General Terms and Conditions set out the conditions for the sale of products in the web shop www.naturalife.hr or for ordering by other electronic means (hereinafter referred to as the “web shop”).

The owner of the web shop is Natura Life Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Natura Life or Society”)

The general terms and conditions have been drawn up in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act and the General Electronic Commerce Code.

Terms of Purchase

For the purposes of these Terms of Purchase, the buyer is a natural or legal person who orders or pays for the delivery of the product through the Website www.naturalife.hr , ordered by phone or mail, and made a payment to a transaction account (hereinafter referred to as: web shop or Natura Life).

If the information about the buyer contains information about the legal entity, then the buyer is considered a legal entity and the natural person whose data is entered is considered the authorized person of the buyer. The buyer is any person who orders at least one product, fills in the required information and pays for the product ordered. The recipient is considered to be the person to whom the product is delivered and is different from the buyer.

Online shopping is only possible for people in the Republic of Croatia.

Only people over 18 can order.

Natura Life product promotions are only for orders up to a maximum of 5 items.

The requirement to purchase is to register or buy under the guest option, order by phone or email. The buyer states that all the information he gives about himself is true and complete, that he is able to work and that there are no known obstacles to him ordering and purchasing Natura Life products.

Electronic Communications

By accessing and using the Natura Life Web Shop, by phone and email, you agree to the communication electronically. You hereby agree that all agreements, notices, communications and other content provided to you electronically satisfy the legal framework as if they were made in writing.

If the buyer or user does not have an e-mail address or enter an incorrect one or cannot receive e-mail for technical reasons, Natura Life is not obliged to otherwise attempt to inform the user of the order itself or of any other details related to it with order, delivery, payment, refund, claim, etc.

By subscribing to the Newsletter, you consent to us electronically engaging you in our marketing and other activities.

Product Information

All product information, including descriptions, specifications, photos and prices, are displayed to the best of our ability and to accurately represent the product to the customer. Product data is subject to technical and typographical errors and internet bugs. In case of obvious data defects, the online store reserves the right to terminate the contract.

Product photos are for informational purposes only and may not match the look of the product in reality, which is especially true of differences in customer color perception and monitor settings.

Prices apply to all online store users. Prices are in Kuna and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

Prices from the online store are for the online store only; the same applies to stocks and stock prices. In the event of a technical error, we will notify the customer within 24 hours at the time of placing the order on weekdays.

In the event of a technical error, we will notify the customer of the error at the latest on the next business day at the time of placing the order on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Order Validity / Contract

Order considered to be received:

In case of payment by debit or credit card – at the moment when www.naturalife.hr receives confirmation of the buyer’s card pre-authorization for the amount of the order;

In case of payment by e-banking or general payment slip – when www.naturalife.hr receives the order electronically.

At the time the order is received, Natura Life will electronically notify the customer that the order has been received or that the product has been ordered.

In the case of credit card payments, the contract is considered concluded at the moment when Natura Life receives a pre-authorization of the customer’s card for the amount of the order and when the warehousekeeper confirms that the ordered product is available in the warehouse when packing the goods. Once the product is packed in storage, Natura Life will notify the customer electronically by e-mail that they have purchased the product and that the product has been shipped.

In case of payment by e-banking or general payment, the contract is considered concluded at the moment when Natura Life receives confirmation that the order amount has been paid.

If the ordered product is not available at the Natura Life warehouse, it will inform the buyer that the product is currently unavailable and when the product is available.

The ordered product, depending on its availability in the warehouse, is delivered by the seller as soon as possible.

We reserve the right not to send orders with incorrect / incomplete contact information, as well as orders with an email / phone to which no one responds.

With payment method , select your payment method:

OPTION virman / general payment / internet banking refers to prepayment by transferring funds to our transaction account. Payment instructions will be emailed to you upon receipt of your order.

OPTION card payment online if you want to pay for your order online through the secure CorvusPay interface. Supported Cards: MasterCard, Maestro, Visa.

Prepayment

When we receive your order (web shop, phone or mail), we will send you an invoice to your e-mail address. We ship products within 24 hours of payment to our transaction account. If the invoice is not paid within 7 days, the order will be canceled.

Refunds, Replacements, and Termination

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, Article 72, paragraph 1, the buyer has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract, without stating the reasons for it, within 14 days from the receipt of the ordered products.

In order to exercise the right to terminate the contract, the buyer is obliged to notify Natura Life in writing and return the ordered products at his own expense. Returned products must be in good condition, unopened, unused and in original packaging.

The buyer can send a written notice of intent to unilaterally terminate the contract:

In the event of unilateral termination of the contract by the buyer, Natura Life is obliged to make a refund within 14 days of receipt of the returned products.

In the case of incorrectly shipped or defective products, the buyer is entitled to a replacement or refund. In order to qualify for the replacement or return of the product, the buyer is obliged to notify Natura Life by phone or email within 8 days from the date of receipt of the product, and to arrange for the download and replacement of the incorrectly delivered or defective products.

The cost of returning and / or replacing incorrectly shipped or defective products will be borne by Natura Life. Returned products must be in good condition, unopened, unused and in original packaging.

In the event of a mistake, of which Natura Life has been duly and properly informed, the purchaser may request from Natura Life within 14 days of the error notification and return of the product, make a refund or replace the item for new ones.

In the event that, when downloading a product, the buyer finds that the package is physically damaged or shows signs of opening, the buyer should refuse to download the package.

Delivery

The products ordered from the web shop are delivered by:

Croatian Post Delivery Service at shipping address ;

products can be picked up on business days, Monday through Wednesday, from 9am to 5pm at the headquarters of Natura Life , Gracanska cesta 91 10 000 Zagreb, with an additional download announcement . </ p>

NOTE: Products can only be paid by transaction, with no cash payments.

We ship products on stock the next business day from the day of ordering. If the ordered product is not available at the warehouse, Natura Life will inform the buyer that the product is currently unavailable and that it will be available for payment or upon payment upon request.

We do not ship ordered products on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

The information entered in the shipment field does not have to be the same as the invoicing information. You can choose if you want to use the same shipping and billing information.

In case there is no one at the address indicated at the time of delivery, the delivery service will leave a notification of the arrival of the shipment and a post office where the parcel can be picked up within 5 working days of the receipt of the notification.

The shipping and packaging costs are borne by the buyer, except for orders over $ 400.00.

In the event that the buyer orders the goods and refuses to receive them, Natura Life has the right to withhold the purchase price from the paid purchase price and other handling costs from the shipping price list (including return and other dependent costs)
